Made a mistake. Help Please
Last night I made the mistake of letting my desires get the better of me. I had an encounter with a transgender woman. We performed unprotected oral sex on each other and ejaculated in each others mouths and cuddled. I am now extremely fearful and worried beyond comprehension of what the repercussions of my actions may be. I am in a long term committed relationship (hetero) and worried of the potential impacts.
If some insight may be shared regarding hiv, and other potential problems, that would be very helpful as I feel as though my life is over.

Thank you for the straight forward response. Might I ask why it is not an HIV concern? Is there a risk of unprotected oral sex with an escort, and it being passed through semen?
