Lossing my Mind

Hi...I'm a male which recieved manual stimulation from a stripper 3 weeks ago, but she spit on her hands to lubricate the act.  I stopped it quick becasue I quickly realized i was being stupid (maybe a minute later).  This was unprotected with no ejaculant in her.
I'm sure this has been asked numerous times but I'm trying to gage my exposure risk.
I think because I've been reading so much i'm now paranoid. But at 15 days after the instance I started feeling cool (cool hands in particular with a warm feeling in my face), I did not develop a fever (because i now constantly monitor it ) it ranges with one day getting to 99.5 for a hour, rest of the time its around 98.5.  no meds are being taken to curve it.  At Day 20, I developed a sore throat and what appears to be an inflammed lymph node on the right side of my neck.  I don't think the other lymphs are enlarged but I don't really know where they are (know general groin and armpit).  I don't feel any larger bumps.  The one in my neck produces only a very very slight sore throat now on day 21.

I guess, I trying for figure if this is stress, ARS potential, or mono.

hiv is transmitted through...
unprotecte vaginal/anal intercourse
sharing iv drug works
mother to child

hiv is not transmitted through a handjob...saliva used as lubrication or not.

you had NO RISK and testing is NOT warranted.

NO RISK. Masturbation is not a risk of HIV. Saliva is not infectious.
