Low Risk High Risk?

Call me paranoid because I am. It's my anxiety disorder. But I got a tattoo done last month at a legit place. They had their CDC certificate on the wall and everyone there was medically certified with cleaning procedures. The guy wore gloves and changed them everytime he left the room. He had me watch him take out new needles from the packages and the ink was in seperate little containers on a covered tray. So it was a very clean place. I just started feeling ill though (after 4 weeks) with a sore throat, slight fever, and body aches and I was wondering what my chances were of contracting HIV from this or if this is all just my anxiety messing with me.

I was tested in May and I was clean. Do I need to get tested again in a couple months? Or, like I said, is it just my anxiety? It doesn't help that my friend was diagnosed with HIV this year. I haven't done anything else that would put me at any risk other than getting my tattoo finished. Please help me out so I can move on from this.
