Low WBC. HIV Neg (7 weeks)

So, i've been a member of this sight for a while and have received a good amount of insight into chances of contracting HIV through low risk activities (oral) and since i was ensured that my actions back in August of this month, do no equate to where i'm at health wise today.  I've had 3 CBCs done over the past 3 weeks, all of which show that i have a low white blood cell count.

This was about 3 weeks ago and i was freaking out because this was my first CBC ever done and the internet suggest a chronic illness (HIV, etc) could be the cause of such low numbers.  The next blood was drawn for an HIV test (HIV-1/2 AG/Ab Screen 4th Gen)  and another CBC.  My HIV test came back negative at 7 weeks 1 day after my encounter and my CBC results were as follows:

I noticed that my WBC increased by 600 and my doctor noted that he saw this increase and that my HIV test was considered 95% accurate at this time frame.  I was informed that i my doc wated me to complete another CBC to keep an eye on things and another HIV test at 12 weeks.  The next CBC was completed a week later.

My WBC count dropped by 700 in one week.  Whats crazy to me is that once i was informed of my HIV test being negative, alot of my stress left and i had a good rest of my week.  Is it normal for WBC to fluctuate this much over 3 weeks?  Down Up, down?

My symptoms have been malaise, fatigue, neck stinging that comes and goes, chest pain that comes and goes, pain that comes and goes in both ears.  I had a pretty bad sinus infection in early September that my doctor only prescribed allergy meds for.  Also, 3 days after my encounter back in Aug, I was tested (negative results) but treated with antibiotics for cly/gon because i thought i had some penis tenderness.  I've tested negative for Hep C and a RPR for syphilis.  I'm at a loss guys and i keep stressing myself out also to the point of no return.  I've recently been put on hydroxzine for anxiety and to help with sleep.  Any ideas about what this could be?  NO rashes, i've poked my nodes in my neck a lot but my doc said they weren't swollen. Just consistent stinging headaches and ear pain daily. ALso some chest pain on right side and muscle twitching.

Symptoms?

Could be guilt of cheating, could be anxiety, could be any thing else.  However,  it isn't HIV related.  You can not acquire HIV through giving or recieving oral.  I suggest you accept it and put this behind you.  You have subjected your self to a lot of mental stress,  it is clearly seen from your testing history and your post.

Sit down,  introspect.  Think rationally and do the right thing,  you are not going to end up with an HIV from the incident you mention,  it has never happened in the history of this disease and you're not going to be the first one.

Current ones are, pain in neck, needle like headaches, top of head headaches, ear pain thats nonexistent then dull then sharp.  fatigue.  Chest pains on my right side.  Every now and then, random stinging nerve like pain in my right arm and back of hand.  A sore throat that will last a like an hour and them go away.  I have no idea whats going on with me.  I feel warm at times but no fever.   Shortly after my encounter (2 days) is when i got prescribed antibiotics for (the possibility of) gon/cly trich.  My urine test were negative but i was treated anyway.  (day 3)  When i took the meds i got sick and the fatigue has been on and off for the past 2 months.
You had no risk for HIV from oral sex. Therefore your health issues are not related to HIV and you need to work with your doctor to get properly diagnosed.

What was your exposure please,  can you state that clearly?

HIV can not be diagnosed on the basis of symptoms.  Testing at the right time frame is the thumb rule.

If I did guess correctly, you are seeking advice for an oral sex HIV scare.  The answer is only going to be - NO RISK.  There have been no clear documented case of an individual acquiring the virus through giving or receiving oral in the history of this disease.

A female preformed oral on me unprotected.  The only reason i'm asking is because i have had alot of different symptoms, from malaise, sore throat, headaches, chest pain, pain in my ears, fatigue.
She was a pretty loose woman.  I had sex with her on the first night and she insisted I "dont have to use a condom because shes clean."  I used a condom for vaginal intercourse and told her it was my person preference to use it.
My doctor made sure to tell me that the test was only 95% effective at 7 weeks and that he needed me to test again at 12 weeks to "be sure".
This answers all your HIV questions and if you think of any others, then you can get the answer if you just reread about the 3.
You had no risk for HIV so all of those tests were a waste of time.
HIV is instantly inactivated in air and also in saliva which means it is effectively dead so it can't infect from touching, external rubbing or oral activities. It doesn't matter if you and they were actively bleeding or had cuts at the time either because the HIV is effectively dead.
Only 3 adult risks are the following:
1. unprotected penetrating vaginal with a penis
2. unprotected penetrating anal sex with a penis
3. sharing needles that you inject with. Knowing these 3 are all you need to know to protect yourself against HIV. The situation you describe is a long way from any of these 3.
Even with blood, lactation, cuts, rashes, burns, etc the air or the saliva does not allow inactivated virus to infect from touching, external rubbing or oral activities. Doctors have calculated the risk from what you describe to be less than that of being hit by a meteor, therefore no one will get HIV from what you did in the next 40 years of your life either. The above HIV science is 40 years old and very well established, so no detail that you can add to your encounter will change it from zero risk.
You need a new doctor, because that guy is wrong about risk. Your symptoms have nothing to do with HIV, and are likely in your imagination from fear that you are dying - which you aren't.
