Your WBC count is only slightly low; most people with WBC 3,800/mm3 (equivalent to your 3.8 result) have nothing wrong. And your monocyte count is normal. Percent count is technically high, but 0.14 x 3800 = 532/mm3, which is in the high normal range. If your counts are consistently in this range, comprehensive medical evaluation would be recommended. Such results could occur in HIV, but that's an exceedingly unlikely reason, even if you are at hih risk for it. As for autoimmune diseases or other problems, that's something to discuss with your doctor if he or she recommends further evaluation.
If you remain concerned about HIV, forget blood countes and just have an HIV test.
