Please help, what is my risk ?

I am exploring sexually and recently met a guy and it progressed to sex. Needless to say, I have severe anxiety and need to address that separately with my therapist.  Can you please help me with my risk level ? I am a male.

Deep French Kissing
I anal fingered him
I gave unprotected oral for couple minutes
I received unprotected oral many times (30 mins in total maybe)
Frontage (rubbing penises together to masturbate)
I had protected anal sex (I was insertive)

Needless to say, I’m not doing good mentally. This was my first time doing this.  I really appreciate what you do on here.  It truly is selfless.  Thanks and please let me know if I ruined my life and need to worry.  Thank you.

You will be happy to know that the risks for HIV have not changed since you asked about risks, and were answered, 10 years ago: https://www.medhelp.org/posts/HIV-Prevention/Please-help-saw-IV-drug-use-any-risks/show/1666212

If you did not have unprotected anal or vaginal sex, and you did not share intravenous needles with someone else, you didn't have a risk for HIV.   Obviously, you wouldn't need to test for this no-risk event.

I can’t thank you enough for what you do on here. If I do this activity again with a condom for anal, and it doesn’t break, I can feel confident that I did not put myself at risk, correct ?
Can I really carry on with life and not worry about this ?   Every-time I start to enjoy something, I get caught up in a jolt of anxiety about what I did and if it will lead to HIV.  Please let me know and I will leave you alone. Thanks.
I advised you of the only two risks for HIV.  There's nothing to be added to that list.  If you are excessively concerned, see your doctor or a counselor to discuss your anxiety.
OK, I will be seeing a therapist.  Thank you again.
I have one final question, please answer, I’m in agony here thinking that I caught HIV. I would pay you if I can. I understand everything is “no risk” , but I can’t get over the fact that I licked the shaft and gave a blow job for 30 seconds or so.  I’m hung up on that because experts and others say “low risk” “1:10,000” .  Am I really at no risk for this encounter ??? He didn’t ejaculate either, I don’t know about pre- cum. Please consider answering to help me out of this deep dark hole I’m in.  Thank you.

"Am I really at no risk for this encounter ???"

Asking this question implies that you believe that I, and others who have previously told you you didn't have a risk, have been hiding the truth - aka, lying  - in our previous answers.  I'm not sure why you would suddenly believe us if we told you the same thing a 5th, 6th, 7th, etc. time.
