Matters made worse

On 5/15/11 I had a high exposure, I was the insertive partner with a transgendered woman in which two condoms failed though I did not ejaculate.

I was administered Combivir nPEP at the 65 hr, I was really  trying to start the treatment as soon as possible but I could not find a health provider that would cooperate. Because of symptoms that Ive experienced I think I will test positive.

But this is where it gets worse I am terrified that I might have put my mother in danger. I think she might have come in contact with my penile fluids. When I masturbate I dispose of the ejaculation that I contain but my paranoia tells me that I might have dripped on the carpet or bathroom floor. Ive ruled out a toilet splash back scenario since Ive discussed this with several healthcare providers. It just she has a tendency to walk barefoot and Ive notice she does have dry chapped feet. There has only been one occasion in which she has been in the house at the same time as I masturbated. I was in the bathroom, I flushed my ejaculation twice but I forgot to flush the toilet when I urinated post ejaculation, several minutes later she used the bathroom. She has also handled my laundry.  She didnt feel well a few day ago she complained about body aches particularly her chest and left arm that same night she had an uncomfortable sleep but not a  night sweat. Also shes been getting cramps on her foot she doesnt take care of herself shes has had a history of heart issues and diabetes. Ive been taking her temperature and she hasnt developed a fever she says she feels better.

Ive already accepted the reality of being HIV+ but I dont think I handle that my mother might be infected

On  7/14/11 I was tested for syphilis,I was also given a blood rapid test with a NAAT test as well
these are standard test that the clinic administers I did not request them since it might be too soon for antibodies
the exposure was 5/15/11 and my PEP was completed on 6/15/11

My blood rapid test was negative should I disregard the negative rapid test result and the upcoming NAAT result?

Unless you are having unprotected sex with your mother then your mother doesn't have an HIV concern.

HIV is unable to reproduce outside its living host (unlike many bacteria or fungi, which may do so under suitable conditions), except under laboratory conditions; therefore, it does not spread or maintain infectiousness outside its host.

The only test that will be conclusive is your antibody test 3 months post your last dose of nPEP.
