Oral is zero risk because hiv is instantly dead in air or saliva which is all that is in a person's mouth other than possibly some blood but it's hiv would be already dead in there. If a condom fails it is a large rip down the seam and it hangs in tatters making it difficult to take off with the ring stuck on. It is a waste of time to do close visual inspections looking for micro tears (which are just a myth) and messy water tests.
You are safe and should not waste any time testing for hiv. You can easily get Covid though.

Thanks for the information Lol. last month i Caught Covid now i am safe but it is creating a havoc here in india. One last thing i Want to know is this advice is irrespectable of the status of the person means Suppose i got encounter with confirmed positive partner with condom then only i dont need to test or shall i ??

Thanks in advance
I'm not sure why you are asking that question. Obviously the only way you can get infected is if the other person is infected so my advice had assumed they were infected.
You can get Covid twice and the person that I read about could not get over it the second time so he is a long hauler.
