Can i get hiv from a fist fight?

Hello,
I was walking home one day, and got cornerd by a homeless man. He tried to take my phone and wallet. I ended up punching him to get him away from me. I cut my knuckle on his tooth, and i his mouth was bleeding after the punch. The cut on my hand did not need stitches to close it up. Also i did not notice and blood from his mouth before i punched him. I only noticed blood when i saw him spit it out and his lip was bleeding. I ended up getting an infection in my hand due to germs. I got an hiv test 10 days after the incident. It came back negitive. Before i took the test i read the symptoms of hiv online. I started to feel nauses, got diahrea, then constipated, and loss of appitite. I did not get a fever, night sweats, or anything like that. I have 2 more weeks till i have a 30 day test. The problem is i still have constipation, nausea, and a soar throat. Also my tounge is white. I do smoke so dont know if its from that. How likely is it that i got hiv from this? Are my sypmtoms because i am stressing about the test? Is it a good sign i was negitive at 10 days? Please help. I am stressing and still have symptoms.
