Nude Lapdance risk

Hello and thank you in advance! please I am very anxious, my life has gone dark, I cant continue living like this :(
My case:  11 days ago I was on a work trip in toronto and me and the team went to a strip club in downtown... After some beers I accepted to go upstairs for a lap dance with a girl. She was completely nude for 2 songs, she sat on my penis and started rubbing her vagina with my penis while my pants were on. I was always clothed with thin jeans and a thin boxer, but she was naked.  I never kissed her or felt any fluid while touching her body. Did not kiss her nipples neither. I did not touch her vagina with hands neither. She did put her boobs in my face a couple times.  I am stressed because the possibility of hiv fluids going through my pants and boxer. I did not feel penetratation but my uretra was in direct contact with the vagina hole, maybe inside like 1cm? (all time with clothes) my fear is that some hiv has get in contact with my uretra while I was "inside with clothes".

After the lap dance my jeans were a bit humid because her fluids and my boxer was with precum from me.  Not sure if there was fluid exchange but I am very nervious :(

This was supoosed to be a great trip, feel the worst person because I love my wife and kid,all because stupid alcohol. I cannot continue seeing them at the eyes:( want to die now. Please what do you think? Am I at risk?

As you have been advised, you had no risk for HIV.  Additional questions and comments aren't necessary, as you were advised about the ONLY ways that HIV can be transmitted.  There is no need to ask about other scenarios as they are not risks for HIV.

Additional fear is what if a small amount of fluid webt directly through tiny holen in the clothes and touched the uretra without touching clothes? Maybe I am exagerating but would that small amount or hiv cause infection?  Thanks! And sorry for such stupid questions, just need to understand and believe I and my family are ok. Thanks!

all these are simply fantastic scenarios your anxious mind is creating. HIV is inactivated outside of the human body.

Your anxiety and probable guilt makes you think that you could've acquired HIV THROUGH your clothes. It is simply not possible

The tiny clothing holes are going to be air contact and the virus is fragile.

Here are some other examples:You can rub or drip HIV blood onto someone else's open wound and not get it. You can't even get HIV from oral sex because both the saliva and the air inactivate HIV, so you can't get it through clothes either.

Just a final question... Please help me errasing this from memory:

I still cannot avoid thinking on the nude vagina/jean(with fluids)/boxer (with fluids)/uretra direct contact while "inside 1cm" in the vagina.  Just want to be sure you also see the situation where the penis is pushing in the direction of the hole of the vagina and inside like 1cm with wet hiv clothes on the uretra.  
1.Does this situation also involves oxigen?  
2.Is this considered outside vagina?
3.is hiv killed when in the entrance of vagina?
4.does hiv need full penetration and not just the tip?
5. Hiv dies when hits clothes even a bit inside the vagina?

Sorry I am asking again, just want to clear this stupid scenaries my mind.  Thank you very much, you help me a lot already. God bless you all!

You didn't have any risk so you don't need to test. And please stop thinking of dying because there is no reason to do that.

Only HIV sex risks are penetrating unprotected anal or vaginal. HIV is instantly inactivated in air (which means it is effectively dead so instantly can't infect outside the vagina) so can't infect outside the vagina or anus. It doesn't matter if you were cut where you touched or she was dripping blood or any fluids, of no matter how much clothing you think went into her vagina because that would all make air contact.
So in biological terms, your penis would be a long way from any active HIV and penis insertion certainly didn't happen. HIV is fragile and is not like a cold virus that can be transmitted outside the lungs of the other person's by coughing.

The only other way it can infect an adult is from sharing needles then injecting which you didn't do.
All this HIV science is 40 years old and well proven over that time so nothing you can add to your situation will make it a risk.

HIV cannot be transmitted this way. When science says ONLY ways to acquire HIV infection are through penetrative anal or vaginal sex, sharing of needles or mother to child, that means all these scenarios you mention DO NOT spread HIV. It's your anxiety here. Please try to relax
