Mutual masturbation

Hello.
A few days ago I met people via telegram group. They are strangers. We masturbated. One of the guys was so close that his semen came on my penis. I didnt notice until when i was masturbating i felt it, i did not use any lubricant. I continued masturbating because i couldnt stop at that point and his semen became like a lubricant .
I am afraid that when i was stroking it entered through urethra.
I have been sleepless for days.
What is my risk? I dont know him. He is a complete stranger.
Please help. Thank you

The only risks for HIV in adults are:
1) Having unprotected (no condom) penetrative anal or vaginal sex, OR
2) Sharing IV drug equipment with other IV drug users.

No other event that you can think of, including the event you mentioned, puts you at risk for HIV. You cannot get HIV from fluids that fall on skin anywhere on your body, EVEN IF you rub the fluids in.  Once outside of the body, fluids lose the ability to infect.

This is a NO RISK event and you do not need to test.
