IS THERE A HIV CONCERN

In continuation to my previous post have been marreid since 2011 and have a kid 4 yrs old now, both are healthy and fine , she did not undergo any HIV testing during pregnancy. However still i have this doubt in my mind on HIV. Post marriage no sexual encounters , prior to same 3 protected ones, as described earlier had lot of symptoms due to anxiety. I have undergone 2 medical examinations post this on 2013 and 2016 where VDRL has been negative and CD4 count is btw 1000-1500, now i have a job oppurtunity in dubai and need to test for HIV still unsure on whether to take it up or not , can someone advice if i have hiv concern ( have developed some water filled type lumps on inner mouth which were not painful and gone away on its own - is it a concern?)

This question was answered in 2011, and the advice - no risk, no need to test - will not change in 2017.
