Possible HIV exposure? (Period Sex)

I just want to start off by saying how informative this forum has been!

So recently, I have hooked up with a Mexcian girl off tinder while she was on her period. We had vaginal sex and condom was used the entire time. I never had period sex before and it is so warm during the penetration that it almost felt like the condom was not there. After Im finished I pulled out and managed to take the condom off which makes me think the condom was intact the entire time, and I put my underwear on afterwards. However, the next morning when I go take a shower, I noticed there were menstrual blood in my underwear and I am freaking out now because I don't know if I came in contact with the blood during penetration where it managed to seeps inside the condom or I got it from my pubic area while we had sex.

I texted her and she told me she thinks shes hiv negative and hasn't been sleeping around with many guys. The very next day she told me her vagina is itching and asked if I have any STD which I didn't. Two weeks later she told me she got all the test done including hiv and everything came back negative except chlamydia. I asked her when was the last time she had sex before me and she said about a month. So im assuming her hiv test was done at the 4-6weeks period but I have no idea how much truth she's telling me.

I went into a clinic at 17th day and got chlamydia, gonorrhea, syphilis, and an hiv test (oraquick mouth swap), they all came back negative.

At five weeks, my body started to have this tingling feeling and a tiny rash developed at my right waist area (Flat, raised bumps (about 10-15ish) that itch the first couple days when it first appears). Today is my second day that I took Benadryl and the rash started to look like they are fading (5/6 days since the rash started). Is this a possible ARS symptom? I am going to the clinic again on Monday (41 days since the last incident) to get tested again for hiv. Is 41 days a good enough indicator for this particular scenario? Am I at high risk? Thanks so much guys!!!

Condom protected sex = No risk

If the condom had broken, you would have known for sure which means you were protected the entire time, and that's all that matters.

No chance of the anything seeping in during sex, and it doesn't matter where the blood on your underwear came from either.
