Is breast milk transmit HIV to adult through cut on tongue

Hi Doctor,

Yesterday unfortunately I met a girl and we both were drunk. We started talking and gradually intimated more with each other. She gave me unprotected blow job and I did fingering. I sucked her nipple for couple of seconds . I can not recall of tasting any fluids from nipple however I am worried because I have a fresh cut on my tongue and is there any risk of getting HIV if I swallow any drops of Breast milk? Do I have any risk of getting HIV through fingering or by taking unprotected blow job?

Hi there.  As stated, oral sex and masturbation is not a risk for HIV.  You did not risk HIV from what you've described in this thread.  Please see your doctor if you are coming down with a cold or flu.  We wish you luck and are closing this thread.

Hello, in this forum your questions are answered by other users and most of us aren't doctors or related to the medical field.

Doctors and epidemiologists around the world overwhelmingly agree that HIV is only transmitted by unprotected vaginal or anal penetrative sex, sharing needles or mother to child.

Oral sex and masturbation are not considered risky activities, because there are no reports of people getting HIV by doing them.

HIV can be transmitted mother to child by breast milk because of many factors, among them, the baby's forming inmune system and the amount of milk consumed.

For adults the risk remains theoretical, and you said you don't recall feeling any milk coming for your partners breasts. By the way breast milk is the only liquid produced by women breasts and it's only produced when they're breast feeding.

I wouldn't worry or get tested for HIV if I were in you place.

Unprotected oral sex might carry a small risk for other STDs, you could ask in the STD Forum if you wish.

Hope this helps.

After I exposed withing 2-3 days I am having dry cough and swallow lymph on neck which causing Neck stiffness and feeling feverish. I am having short breath as well. Could anyone please advise whether these are the symptoms of HIV in early stage?
