Need to worry with HIV?

Hi. 3 weeks ago I had sex with a shemale sex worker. I was insertive for oral and anal. Used a new condom for oral and a new condom for anal, my partner used water lub. The anal act took no more than 10 or 15 seconds. I was afraid of catching some disease and I asked to stop (even I using a condom). Even though I do not ejaculate, I removed the condom and apparently everything was OK, no holes or breakage  (as a quick visual check). 2 weeks after the act i got a low degree fever (like 37.3 ~ 37.5) for one day and some nauseas. I think I was a brief stomach / intestinal infection. Is this just have been coincidence or can be ARS?

You had protected sex and protected oral. You had no risk for hiv infection. See a doctor for your fever and stomach problems. They're not hiv related.
