Needlestick Hiv

Hello, I work in the biochemical laboratory.
Recently had the following case: I have typed blood serum in syringe and poured the serum in other tube. After that another employee  pricked his finger with needle from the syringe, and after a while I pricked my finger (not deep). HIV status of serum is unknown. Tell me, what the risk of infection in this case? Thank you!
