Am i at risk?

hi there, i recently about 3 weeks ago had oral sex with a man. We kissed a lot and he had really clean oral mouth. Then i sucked his **** for about 2 minutes and before ejaculating he took it out and he made a hand job and ejaculated in a sink. So no semen entered my mouth. I didnt have any cuts in my mouth but i had a very small tiny zit above my lip (from outside) not inside my mouth. I am just curious if he is positive would he infect me with his saliva coming on the zit? And i repeat no semen touched my body and my mouth and no precum came out and no anal sex occurred. Please help me. And for more info, i am not having any weird symptoms except that sometimes my throat becomes dry. Maybe because i am taking some medicine for my tummy. (The medicine i am taking is Librax, Gastro-Digestin, Pariet, and scopinal) would these give me a dry throat? and please answer me fast and thank you

I didnt do a test after this happened but i did before when i used to have sex but all of them were safe with known sex partners and i knew they were negative. So i did two tests and both came negative. Anyway, i have read a lot of articles saying there is very low risk when doing oral sex if i have a cut inside my moth which i said before that i didnt have any cuts and no ejaculation occured so i think im safe. And also i will never ever have sex again with an unknown status partner. I wanted to say that i just have a dry throat and it is getting well. I think it will be fine by tomorrow. No pain is happening also when i swallow. Just dryness which i think is due to my room mate smoke when he is in the room.

There's no way anyone can say what your symptoms were related to.  The only thing I can tell you for SURE is that they weren't related to HIV as you never had a risk!

I forgot to mention that i moved to Ukraine lately and the temperature is 2 degrees and lower. While when i was living in lebanon for 18 years the coldest temperature was 15 degree. So do you think that the temperature may had affected me and developed these symptoms i have? BTW i am better right now and my throat is way better. Just still have sore joints in my hands and legs maybe cuz i walked a lot yesterday.
