Negative for HIV. What can this be then?

Around October 15th I recieved oral from a female. Before oral we were dancing and she rubbed on my penis head which made it very sore. It was red and when it healed it turned wrinkly looking. i think it is just somewhat scarred. On about the 22nd of October I gave oral to a female for about 10 seconds, then we had vaginal sex with a condom. A few days later i felt really hot. Broke out in an all over body rash which looked maculopapular. It started on my stomach, then went to arms, then buttox and upper thighs. Lastly a small spot on my foot. My tonsils swoll up and my toungue had white coating but i thought it always did. I had a sore throat and runny nose with flem being hacked up frequently. I had diarrhea occasionally. A small red flat mark on my toungue is there now. All symptoms cleared within two weeks except for my tonsils being swollen. I also now have a white spot on my penis head but it goes away when i squeeze it and blood rushed to it. It does not look normal though. I then got a girlfirend two weeks later. We had unprotected sex once and again a week later. A day after the second time, she showed the start of the rash on her arm. During the next few days it broke out all over her body like mine did. Hers went away two weeks later. She had a sore throat too but is now fine. I was tested for strep and mono which both were negative. On January 26th i got tested for Hiv for the second time which came back negative again. She said i need no furthur testing. Now everytime i work out i get heat rash but it goes away when i cool off. If i dont have strep, mono, or HIV, what else could i have aquired?
