Not sure what to think

Hello,

On 5/27 I had sex with a partner I’ve known for years we used a condom however it didn’t last long as he couldn’t stay hard so maybe only penetrated me 2-3 times. We gave up on trying but I remember one of the times he penetrated me it felt like it popped However when I saw the condom it didn’t appear to be ripped or nothing but I just glanced didn’t inspect it. No oral sex was performed at all. I did get fingered though. Fast forward now I have developed a rash on my chest that is itchy and feels warm kind of like a burning sensation off and on I feel it on my back and legs everywhere basically. I have sore muscles and joints. I also had really loose stools today shortness of breath and dry cough. I also asked him today if the condom had broke he claims it didn’t but idk these symptoms came out of nowhere I feel really crappy and I keep getting g headaches. Should I be worried it’s hiv related?

Disease does not follow a schedule or else no one would get anything they did not have before. It is unrealistic for you to think your rash can`t be from laundry soap or 1,000 other causes,, so see doc if concerned but you had zero risk for hiv. If a condom fails it is a large rip down the seam and that obviously did not happen so move on from impossible hiv theories.

Yes I understand that but what about the other symptoms
HIV risks for adults are:
1) having unprotected, penetrative, anal or vaginal sex, or
2) sharing intravenous needles (with IV drug users)

Protected sex is not a risk for HIV.  Whatever is causing your symptoms is not related to HIV.
All of your "symptoms" are self diagnosed and some might be in your imagination from fear, but again disease does not follow a schedule so it is a waste of your time trying to claim a non-event with a condom caused them, so you need to see a doc for a diagnosis.
You’re right thank you for taking the time to respond.
