Hi there. On this thread as well as your other, it was explained that oral sex is not a risk for HIV. Which should be good news. There is nothing more to add to that. If you have a concern about STD's and oral sex and want to ask a question about that, you may do so on the STD forum. We wish you luck and are now closing this thread.

Please reread my post.
Your anxiety is getting out of hand.
You do not have HIV but you MIGHT have an STD. Get checked.
The diarrhea is most likely due to your anxiety.
RW

Do i need a test of HIV as i have cunninlingus encounters 3/4 times in a year with different sex workers. do you suggest a HIV test.
Oral sex is NOT a risk for HIV. There are bacteria and enzymes in human saliva which renders the virus inactive, as does exposure to air of which there is an abundance in the human mouth.
Oral sex DOES present a risk for other STD's and I advise you to be checked for those.
It is recommended that anyone who engages in oral sex have an STD panel done every three months for prevention.
Please stay off the symptom sites! They do nothing but exacerbate fear. If you have questions or concerns, please write to us.
