HELP PLEASE

hello
i m a 19 year olf male and i had an experiemce with a same sex partner.i was aware of hiv risks before encounter.i did not have anal or oral sex.we were just kissing and he was masturbating.he did not ejaculate however there was precum on his hands(i guess)he put his hand on my mouth and my tongue touched his hand and i m scarred there was precum on his hand at that time i had a cough the days before but no bleeding...however i guess there was some sort of inflamation due to this cough ..honestly i don t know.anyway i felt safe because he told me he had no stds and he told me there was no precum on his hand because ot wad his left hand and he masturbated with his right hand.however this is now 2 weeks past and now i have a sore throat and a headache and feel a bit tired..I am so scarred!!!help me ! i am really anxious!i did not touch his penis with my mouth!

Any fluids would have been very minimal and once exposed to outside elements is unable to infect. Also saliva has properties that deactivate the virus. You had no risk.
