Hi AnxiousNoMore,Are you still here.Do i  really  not need to do a test, it's been  more than 3 months.I had a cold at  8th week ,my temperature is about  at 38.5 degrees centigrade.Recently, I feel swollen neck and feel swollen lymph, and there is a white pimple on the gums. I want to know l was zero risk even if she was in acute phase of AIDS ?  I am very afraid for  a test.

As you were advised, you had no risk for HIV.  Whatever is causing your symptoms cannot be related to HIV since you had no risk.  There is nothing more our members can say about your no-risk event.

Oral is never a risk no matter if there are cuts because the air or the saliva effectivelykill the HIV so it can't infect.
Thank you for your reply, but I don't really mean it.my poor English, vaginal mouth is not  mouth,it is orificium vaginae,it means  penis rubbing at the orificium  vaginal  which has a lot of vaginal fluids there, and penis has a fresh wound。I changed a translation software,I don't know if you can understand it.
Perhaps this will clarify things. Rubbing is not a risk, only penetration, so if you didn't penetrate there was no risk and you don't need to test..
HIV is instantly inactivated in air and also in saliva which means it is effectively dead so it can't infect from touching or oral activities. It doesn't matter if you and they were actively bleeding or had cuts at the time either because the HIV is effectively dead.

Only adult risks are the following:
1. unprotected penetrating vaginal
2. unprotected penetrating anal sex
3. sharing needles that you inject with. Knowing these 3 are all you need to know to protect yourself against HIV. Your situation is a long way from any of these 3.
Even with blood, lactation, cuts, rashes, burns, etc the air or the saliva does not allow inactivated virus to infect from touching or oral activities. The above HIV science is 40 years old and very well established.
No one got HIV from touching or oral activities in 40 years of HIV history, so likely no one will in the next 40 years of your life either.
thank you very much.
