had vaginal sex with sex worker and Condom broke

Sir i had vaginal sex 24 days ago and condom broke during sex . I was fine but has i changed my position and did few strokes then i felt something and i took out and seen its broken may be 1 or 2 minutes inside her vaginal exposed. .then i changed my condom and finished ..she was sex worker. ..i asked her and she told she did test for every 3 months and all ...now after 20 days i am getting losse motion with pain in stomach around 2-3 times a day...no other symptoms totally fine...just worried a lot ...
1.can i get hiv ?
2.is this loose motion symptoms of hiv ?

Yes, take another test at 3 months to confirm the results.

This test is an excellent indicator of your status.  Take another test at 3 months for a conclusive result

1.After 25 days have done this p24 (antigen) Elisa test and got non reactive ....will this be finished now bo need to worry  ?
