Oral Sex

About a month back I went for body massage, however it ended with oral massage. From the posts I have seen I understand there is almost no risk for HIV from oral sex. I have two questions
After oral sex in less than 12 hours I got red color rashes which was itchy and lasted for 3 weeks. There are no other symptoms. I applied some cream to get rid of rashes.
I noticed some pierced steel ring in her tongue. Did not have any penetrative sex.
Why did I get rashes immediately. Is there any risk of getting a STD.
Do I need to HIV test to verify

Hmm. You've been reading posts here since 2008, so should know that there is no risk, so your first sentence is wrong. Move on instead of using "almost no" as if it meant the same thing as "no."

I am aware of the risks, I got rashes on my neck immediately and lasted for 3 weeks which made me worry. What could be the reason

This is an HIV forum, and you know that you didn't have a risk for HIV. See a dermatologist to diagnose the non-HIV related cause of your rashes. No one on the internet can tell you what caused your rash.

"I am aware of the risks". No you aren't, otherwise you wouldn't say almost no risk. And you wouldn't be asking an hiv forum to diagnose you if you were aware of the risks - since you actually had no risk there is no chance you can have hiv.
