Oral insertive- poz or paranoid

Hello

9 weeks ago I drank way too much and got approached by a csw.  Oral insertive not aroused for 2 min but vigorous to the point of discomfort (b/c flaccid).

Since then symptoms :
2 weeks post- itchy arm
3 weeks- first lip canker sore ever on inner lip
4 weeks- swollen pubic area and behind testicles slight pain when peeing frequent urination
4 weeks- small itchy rash on hand w 5 small bumps

Went to Dr at 4 weeks post was told:
All tested neg stds
Pubic area could be swollen due to not ejaculating for week?
Not worried test again at 6 mos
Prescribes anti anxiety meds

Oraquick taken in home at 7 weeks negative due to anxiety

Where I stand and questions:
9 weeks post exp now

How should I retest my dr doesn't want to for 6 mo.  Thinking oraquick or clinic at 3 mos?  Tempted to do it multiple times for anxiety.

Should I see a urologist.  Think I have a swollen vas deferens and have stomach pains?

Can stress really cause a swollen pubic area?

Would swollen groin lymph nodes swell the pubic mound?

My fear is minuscule year in shaft during flaccid drunk insertive.  Thanks!

Thanks do swollen groin lymph nodes actually swell the pubic area or are they located more towards hips.  A little upset that the dr didn't even feel or look.  Do urologists test for hiv?  I was thinking to knock out my 3 mo and the same time as checking other symptoms.

You didn't have a risk.  Sexually speaking, only unprotected anal or vaginal sex is a risk for HIV.  Whatever symptoms your having aren't HIV related.
