Oral sex, HIV and other STDs

Hi there. I need your help guys. Four days ago, my partner was ejaculated my mouth during an oral sex. I asked him about his sex life and learned that he had unprotected sex with sex workers many times before. He also said he recently had gonorrhea  and was cured. I currently have a mild fever and fatigue. I also have a pain in my lower back and a mild abdominal pain. What are my risks? Should I get tested? I really need your help. Thanks in advance.

The only risks for HIV in adults are:
1) Having unprotected anal or vaginal sex, or
2) sharing intravenous needles with IV drug users.

While you do not need to be concerned with HIV,  you should post in the STDs forum here, since you were with an individual who practices unsafe sex, and who visits prostitutes who have unsafe sex.  https://www.medhelp.org/forums/STDs-STIs/show/98
