Deep abrasion during oral dex. HIV risk?
Last monday I had oral sex (being the insertive one), it was rough oral sex and the friction between his teeth and my penis head made me a big abrasion in the penis head (like 3cm x 3cm), it was painful and little bit of blood came from the abrasion. 4 days after I still have this abrassion.
If there was any wound in his mouth am I at HIV Risk? Do I need to test? Thank you.

So it doesn't matter the fact that both insertive and receptive have open wounds during the oral sex?
