Fingered with precum and nail cut in finger an HIV risk?

Hello all. Im bi male and deeply worried. A few days ago , a male CSW had attempted to finger me but i refused. Nevertheless,  a small portion of his finger tips had already went in before i asked him not to. There was pre-cum on his finger for sure ( he had touched his own penis with pre-cum before doing it), and although i did not see  any bleeding on his hands, i assumed that he had cuts for assurance sake (and please consider this to assess my risk). Am i at risk? Please help me. Should anyone be worried of hiv by being fingered with all the given possibilities?

This is not how you get HIV. As you've read on other threads, HIV is only transmitted from unprotected vaginal or anal sex or sharing IV drug needles.  Fingering is not a way HIV is transmitted.  EVEN with cuts on the finger.  This is not an HIV concern and you have zero reason to worry.

Thank you for the quick response. Will your statement be the same regardless of the fresh precum on his fingers? I will not be testing anymore if i completely understand the whole situation. Thank you so much and i hope i can still get your response.
Yes, even if there is fresh precum on fingers, it is not a risk for HIV.  You will  not get HIV this way. Air inactivates the virus.  You do not need to test.
Thank you for this. With all the pre-cum and possible blood exposure due to cuts, the situation is  still no risk. I’ll stick on this and i hope this is right ,and will not be  the first person to catch hiv from fingering. Thank you!
You won't be the first. You literally had zero risk and to continue to worry about it is a waste of your time.
All we did was mutual masturbation with exchanged fluids but I’m still worried. I’ll try not to be bothered by this whole situation and my deep anxiety. I hope this is right (really really right). Thank you, Chima!
By the way, Im also aware on this forum that semen on the tip of penis is no risk during masturbation. Which also happened i believe. Combining this risk will not increase my risk, will it? Anyway this is just anxiety. No risk is no risk. Thank you! But if you can answer the question it will really help me though)
No, it does not change any of the advice that you already received. It's still no risk.
I hope these are all right. I will not be testing. Thank you very much.
You don't need to hope because you've been given accurate and correct information.
Thank you, Chima! I just could not wait for 3/6 months this is torturing my mind.
This also mean that i should be confident in having unprotected sex to my future partners right?  Sorry to bother again.
As you were advised, you were never at risk for HIV. There isn't anything more for our members to say about your no-risk event.
