Oral sex risk

Hi,
I had unprotected oral sex without ejaculation with a man of unknown HIV status. 10 days later I had a strong sore throat with difficulty swallowing but no other symptoms.
Can this be sign of a acute HIV infections, did I take any risk ?
Thank you for your response.

Thank you for your reassurance, I guess unprotected oral sex anxiety fills these forums and that the internet with its mixted messages doesn't help. Great you took some time to respond, even if it must be the hundredth time you had to answer the same question.
Much appreciated.

No, oral sex is NOT a risk for HIV. Your sore throat is not HIV related.

Apparently you also develop a body wide rash and strong fever
