4th generation elisa testing reliability

I have done 4th generation elisa testing for HIV after 2 years of sexual exposure and result is non reactive (Both p24 & Antibodies Negative).

Even i have done elisa test in 3month and 6 month after the sexual exposure all my result are negative

Now i am having the symptoms of low grade fever some times, headache, irritatable bowel syndrome, rashes and blisters in chest ,ear, groin, balantitis, pimples in mouth& Lips .does this related to HIV symptoms. My doctor suggest this is by diabetic.

1. If a person is having any immunity problem, how much time antibodies takes to get develop?
2. Is 2 years enough for antibodies to develop or more?
3. Is elisa 4th generation test negative after 2 Years conclusive if a person is suffering from any immunity problem.
4.I am type 1 diabetic for past 12 years and is there any chance this will affect my elisa test.
5.Some doctors are saying western blot or PCR rna test only conclusive result even after 2 years of sexual exposure.Which test is best PCR or westernblot  or further test is not required pls advice

I had protected vaginal sex only
You had no risk of HIV so your test was no purpose. No risk=no HIV disease. So listen to your doctor who said you are diabetic instead of trying to self-diagnose because that is usually wrong and you are focusing on a disease you can't have.
thank you very much for your responce
For my peace of mind tomorrow i planned to do Western blot test but i am very scarred now that result will be intermediate because i am read in internet most of western blot will give intermediate result? is it true ?

Correction to my statement-

"A standard antibody test of any generation or a IV gen HIV test (p24 + III Gen AB combination) is conclusive at *6 months* post exposure and are recommended tests for diagnostic purpose."

I meant *6 weeks*.

You have conclusively tested negative. There are no doctors I have ever come across that would recommend Western blot or a PCR for diagnostic purpose.

Western blot are confirmatory tests for positive antibody results only and PCRs are meant for people who have already tested positive to measure their viral load, it is a quantitative analysis of the viral load in the body.

A standard antibody test of any generation or a IV gen HIV test (p24 + III Gen AB combination) is conclusive at 6 months post exposure and are recommended tests for diagnostic purpose.

Being diabetic wouldn't affect your test result in any way. Practically, no disease apart from being on chemotherapy is the only thing that could cause delay in sero-conversion.

4 gen HIV test is adept to rule out any HIV speculation at 28 days or taken after 6 weeks from a potential exposure. You don't need any further testing. You're in the clear.
