I have done 4th generation elisa testing for HIV after 2 years of sexual exposure and result is non reactive (Both p24 & Antibodies Negative).
Even i have done elisa test in 3month and 6 month after the sexual exposure all my result are negative
Now i am having the symptoms of low grade fever some times, headache, irritatable bowel syndrome, rashes and blisters in chest ,ear, groin, balantitis, pimples in mouth& Lips .does this related to HIV symptoms. My doctor suggest this is by diabetic.
1. If a person is having any immunity problem, how much time antibodies takes to get develop?
2. Is 2 years enough for antibodies to develop or more?
3. Is elisa 4th generation test negative after 2 Years conclusive if a person is suffering from any immunity problem.
4.I am type 1 diabetic for past 12 years and is there any chance this will affect my elisa test.
5.Some doctors are saying western blot or PCR rna test only conclusive result even after 2 years of sexual exposure.Which test is best PCR or westernblot or further test is not required pls advice
