Oral with condom and condom change

Dear doctor! I had a protected oral sex with two sex-workers in the Netherlands simultaneously. My erection was not so good and I asked (don't know why) to change the condom. One of them took it off with a paper-napkin and also wiped the tip of my penis with the same napkin. I didn't see her blood on the condom but I'm still very worried about it, since she might touch my penis by the same side of the napkin she used to take off the condom... Then she took another one and put it on my penis. Is there any theoretical risk of being HIV-infected?
