Oral Sex

Hi

I find the threads here very informative and useful. I wish we had something like this in our country im from manila, philippines.
Here is my question. By the way im a straight guy.
Last tuesday i had a root canal done it was an emergency root canal because i was due for a dental check up.
Anyway i know my mouth and teeth were in good condition when i left.
Here is the thing the next day i got curious and visited a "massage" spot after the massage was finished my therapist gave me oral sex and i gave her oral sex also. But i was very uncomfortable
Because of STD fears. I just licked the cl** but not the whole thing and just used my finger till she reached climax. Is there a risk of HIV? Do i need to get tested? Im a bit worried because im married and have 2 kids. I was just curious but i dont want my whole life to be in jeopardy because of 1 mistake. Please advice. Thank you

Just a follow up question even if the doc used local anesthetic? Will the wound of the injection close immediately?
