Did you read through the FAQs, there's detailed explanation provided.

FYI, HIV can't survive in environment, once it is separated from it's host it is rendered uninfectious. This is because viruses require their host cell in order to survive. Without being inside the host that they need (for HIV, this is human body), the virus's chances of surviving are slim to none. When separated from it's host it degrades viral DNA.

Therefore, unless you had unprotected vaginal or anal sex or shared needles with PWID, you had no risk.
There are just 3 ways so let's make this simple - which of the only 3 do you feel was your risk? I will answer that question for you. None.
Therefore you are only worrying about your own science fiction theory which is a waste of time since it is unrealistic to think that can become reality.
The way I think I could of got hiv from blood on lamp hiv+ doctor touched lamp to do Pap smear test and than touched me right after down there for swabs so that’s how I think I got it since you told me you would answer a question.. is that a possible route why and why not. Thank you

Anxious no more? Why do you post the same thread to everyone’s post? If your going to be answering peoples questions why can’t you do it without copying and pasting? We are real humans with real feelings and just scared

You have been already offered the information you were looking for. Your fear was irrational and the information given to you by AnxiousNoMore is standard because 8/10 people here worry about non risky situation, it's almost always the same reply that applies to these people.

Please accept the assistance offered to you, be assured that you had no risk and do not need to test.
So even if what I described happened there is no risk? Can I know why please I just have a lot of unanswered questions..
Even if she touched me down there in vagina after touching lamp?
Moniccc HIV prevention is straightforward so reread about the 3. Evading the issue is wasting your time.
I keep rereading it and I’m sorry I’m having difficulty understanding this. I swear to you I’m sorry.. so is there any reason I should test? I had all kinds of symptoms that’s why I’m scared... please explain to me in a way I could understand and not bother anymore

*People who inject drugs
No, absolutely not. Testing would not be necessary. HIV is not your worry.
Thanks guys I appreciate the way you broke it down to me and explained much appreciated

So once hiv blood hits air even if my scenario did happen there was no risk of transmission because the HIV virus would have already been damaged due to the air around it

This answers all of your HIV questions, and if you can think of any more just reread about the 3. You had zero risk therefore  testing is irrelevant to your situation because you had zero risk. HIV is a fragile virus, which is instantly inactivated in air and also in saliva which means it is effectively dead so it can't infect from touching, external rubbing or oral activities. It doesn't matter if you and they were actively bleeding or had cuts at the time either because the HIV is effectively dead.
Only 3 adult risks are the following:
1. unprotected penetrating vaginal with a penis
2. unprotected penetrating anal sex with a penis
3. sharing needles that you inject with.
The only way to get HIV is if you did one of the 3. The situation you describe is a long way from any of these 3.
Even with blood, lactation, cuts, rashes, burns, etc the air or the saliva does not allow inactivated virus to infect from touching, external rubbing or oral activities. Doctors have calculated the risk from what you describe to be less than that of being hit by a meteor, therefore no one will get HIV from what you did in the next 40 years of your life either. The above HIV science is 40 years old and very well established, so no detail that you can add to your encounter will change it from zero risk.
If you didn't have one of the 3 then you are just worrying about your own hiv theory - which is unrealistic for you to think that can become reality - so you should move on back to your happy life instead.
This is quite a silly thing to be worrying about because clinics do not give people hiv.
So what happened is no risk even if doctor touched my vagina opening right after she touched lamp?
Reread about unrealistic.
