Hi! This question is for an expert or someone who has information from reliable sources on net. Can I change from Kaletra to Istentress after few days during the course of 28 day PEP period? This is in addition to Truvada.
I am in area where I do not have any good access to knowledgeable doctor. Is there any paid online service available for such consultation in any country? It is a pity that in most places HIV is still a big taboo and no good doctors are available. One cannot discuss openly with family or friends as well. This makes already a difficult situation very complicated.
