Condom broke - please help - what do I do ???

Please help me. This happened last night.

I was insertive partner with another male. We used protection. However, I noticed the condom broke. It was down the side.  Inch long tear or so.  I immediately removed my penis and checked the condom.  It did split.  I can’t possibly know for how long but I’d like to think I caught it quickly.  Needless to say, I am in a full blown panic and have no idea what I should do today.  He said that he is in PREP.  I am not as I am curious.  Did I ruin my life ?  Should I go to a doctor ?  Can you please help me?  I was safe and then this happened so, you can imagine the anguish that I have now.  Thank you so much.

Does he always use a condom for anal? If so he is negative. He can't get hiv from oral so all that matters is anal protection.

I will ask him today.  Oral was done too but I know that isn’t a risk.  I can’t believe this happened.  If he is on prep does that reduce chances of spreading HIV if he had it ?   Thanks
You've asked about oral many times. We aren't continuing to answer that for you. Look at your previous responses.
And yes, if he is on prep, he has to be hiv free to take it.
Yes.  Even without PrEP, the odds from a one-time encounter are extremely low.  There's no reason to freak out over this - obviously, if he's on PrEP, he is careful to protect himself, and thus his partners, from HIV.
OK. Thank you all.  I know oral isn’t a risk.  I pay attention!   Should I see a doctor for PEP?  Final question.  Thanks again.
Since it is low risk and he'd have to have HIV in order to transmit it, no. PEP is not warranted.
Thank you
I will take PEP if it will reduce chances.  The CDC website says “if you were exposed during sex such as if condom breaks”.  I’m just trying to keep safe after this and do the right thing. Please support.  Thanks.
You must be very anxious because you haven't understood ANY of the advice. Reread it instead of repeating questions that were answered.
