Penis Touched Vagina

Hi there,

Recently I spent some time with a female sex worker. Although we didn't have sexual intercourse. My penis rubbed/pressed quite firmly against her vagina. My penis was still inside my boxer shorts while this was happening but she was naked.

My penis didn't go in (penetrate) like actual sex, but the tip of my penis did rub on her vagina from within my boxer shorts firmly. Although there wasn't actual complete penetration, I was wondering when things are considered risky?

Would it have to be unprotected full penetration before it's a risk at all? Just as when my penis rubbed against her vagina, although it didn't go in fully and I was wearing my boxer shorts, I guess just by pressing down on her vagina there could be a slight moment when it rubbed against more than just the outside if that makes sense? Although I'm not really sure where the outside would end and the inside begins, but it definitely rubbed right across her vagina opening from within my boxer shorts.

Would this be considered a risk of anything, could I be at risk? Or would it have to be full penetration before it could potentially be risk?

Thanks

HIV is transmitted in very specific ways. These include penetrating unprotected vaginal or anal intercourse or sharing IV needles to inject drugs. Air inactivates the virus. So, this is zero risk.  ZERO.  Rubbing and pressing her vagina through your boxers is of no hiv concern at all.

Thank you so much for your answer here. I was worried as my penis / penis tip, did rub across her 'opening' firmly while inside my underwear. But just to clarify, by penetrating you mean a proper insertion, as that way there's contact without the possibility of air coming into contact with the virus first?
I think you understand the definition of penetration.  Penis (NOT IN YOUR BOXERS) going into the vagina/anus.  This did not occur. You had no risk. There is no way that touching the vagina even without your boxers on is going to transmit the virus. Your penis has to enter, fully penetrate.
