*** as lube on penis

Hello everyone,

Last week i had too much to drink. I met a guy who i don't know to be positive or not. We kissed and jerked off together. He came first. Then i used my wet hands to finish myself off. I think my hands where wet with a mixture of his cum and my saliva and i recall touching my glands when jerking.
1)am i at risk because i touched my glans?
2)do i need to be tested for hiv or other STI's?
3) can't this situation be compared to anal sex in the sense that my **** came to contact with his semen (without being in his body)?

thanks in advance

thank you for your answer.
could you please explain to me in what way this situation differs from being a top in anal sex (the only difference being that the contact between penis and the possibly infected semen takes place outside the body?)

3) can't this situation be compared to anal sex in the sense that my penis came to contact with his semen (without being in his body)?

p.s. when i say glands i mean the tip of my penis
