Yesterday I had unprotected sex with my new girlfriend who I newly know and I asked prior to do whether she has any diseases and she said she is clean..but I'm not comfortable with unprotected sex so want to get a treatment if possible,I'm living in Qatar and don't know where to get it, which medicines are being used for PEP ?

There are several combinations of meds that can be used in PEP, and it may depend on your location.  

However, PEP was not designed for use in a situation like yours.  PEP is intended for individuals who have had high-risk encounters.  Your risk was extremely low, EVEN IF your partner has HIV, which is also unlikely since most people do not have HIV.

If you intend to continue having unprotected intercourse, you should both test for STDs and HIV, assuming you  have both had unprotected intercourse with other people before now.  That way, you will both know for certain that neither of you can transmit a disease to the other person.

To be frank, I'm not intending to do so but this was the first time I'm having unprotected intercourse.. anyway , is there any medicine list in which I can see the names to check whether they can be found here ? :)

I'm not finding any sources of PEP in Qatar.  You would need to ask a doctor or pharmacist.
