Hiv related in infants

Hai...Suppose a hiv positive person has small bleeding cut on hand which unfortunately sucked by a infant of one year old...Is that amount i.e minimum a single drop say is sufficient to cause infection??

based on your last threads that have been answered, including your deleted posts from the past, you should already know the answer to this. no risk. you have an irrational fear of you/others getting HIV from impossible circumstances.
