Please advise me out of panic

Hi everyone, I'm a gay from Vietnam, sorry about my bad English and my long post, but im really worry and cannot get it out of my mind, so please help. My situation is:
1, i have a boyfriend for 5 years, he cheated on me and got H+, the last time we had xxx is on April 02 (with condom but before that he frottage me around my butthole, i am afraid that would be his precum touch my anus (maybe injured by fingering)) and then he told me that he is H+. I took a Combo p24 test on May 13 (after xxx 41 days) and a rapid test on June 07 (after xxx 66 days) and both are negative. From April 02 to May 13 we were hangout a couple time but no xxx, just go out, have lunch... (But im so scared that maybe there is blood somewhere) I cannot remember if we kissed or not. The last time we hang out is on May 08 (to the cinema and drink the same cup of coca). Can i believe on my tests above?
2, i met a man on June 11, no oral sex, no anal sex, only handjob and only I cumming out (his cannot "stand up"). But can i be at risk if my penis touch his skin? If there are any pimple? Bleeding pimple touch my penis or even my urethra
Thank you so much. Hope to hearing from u soon.

you never needed to test in the first place and don't need to test for the second incident.  BOTH are NO risk ! ! ! !

Thank you so much. Do you think I need another test after 6 and 12 weeks from the second circumstances? And can I trust the negative result at week 10 after xxx? Is that time enough to concluse? Thank you again.

1...hiv transmission REQUIRES penetration...it happens inside the body, when a penis is INSIDE a vagina / anus.  NO RISK

2...NO
