Any negative antibody test, including the 4th gen will rule out the possibility of HIV infection and ALL it's subtypes.
You are conclusively negative, with or without antigen detection.
Many thanks for your reply. But I am just concerned about crf01 and CRF01_AE are they the same thing or different. I just wanna know if the tests I have done cover them. Thanks
I'm sorry, I don't know, and to be honest with you, it's not relevant. But, what I am absolutely sure of is that the 4th gen at 3 months covers you for both HIV-1 and HIV-2 and all their subtypes. Therefore, you don't have an HIV concern.
