Symptom question

Can lightheadedness be related to hiv infection?!?
Been feeling this lately but had a low risk encounter.
Anxiety is better too I find but it happens randomly! Also been waking up with headaches.
I'm taking full blood test in April.
Getting quite nervous....

You really still feel that I do not need a hiv test?
I can get one on on April 11th.
How long do results take from the lab rather than a rapid test?
Cause I'm going to do a full blood draw...
