Possible HIV Exposure

Dear All,
Firstly thank you for all your help, you all are doing fantastic work out here.
I am from India.
I had a sexual encounter with a girl whom I met on social media. The sexual encounter was protected. After brief sex of less than 5 minutes, I careful took off condom and washed my penis with soap. Is there any chance I would have acquired HIV by this act. I was too anxious and went to HIV specialist on day 11, at first he said no test is required in your case, however after I insisted him he ordered HIV test proviral DNA HIV test, which came back negative. HIV specialist also said test is not required for Chlamydia and gonorrhea, and he got me immunized for Hepatitis and tested for HPV which came out negative. Again I took test at day 18 DUO HIV antigen/ antibody test which came back negative. Again took HIV duo antigen/ antibody on 28th day which again came back negative. My question is do I need further testing for HIV. Also I am feeling tightness near my jaw, which my HIV specialist said it has nothing to do with HIV, tightness feeling could be due to extreme anxiety at the time of sleep.
I also have history of kidney stone. I am feeling itching on the tip of my penis for few days and had blood in urine, could it be duo to HIV or any other STD.  My HIV specialist told me that Chlamydia and gonorrhea would lead to smelly discharge and not just itching, adviced me to start CITAL syrup.
Please can you suggest do I need further testing for HIV and any other STIs. My concern is HIV2 virus, does it also appears by week 4 and is it detectable by HIV duo test after 4 weeks. Do I need to test again.

Risks for HIV are:
1) having unprotected, penetrative anal or vaginal sex, or
2) sharing intravenous needles.

You did not have one of those two events, so you are at NO risk for HIV.

If you had had a risk for HIV, washing your penis would do absolutely nothing to prevent it, or any STDs.   Fortunately, your HIV risk was zero, and you didn't even need one test.  You definitely do not need another.

Thank you very much. I really appreciate your time. That was quite relieving. Just one question, do I need test for any other STIs ? like Chlamydia, gonorrhea, Syphyllis and Herpes
We just do HIV in this forum.  STDs is this way ---> https://www.medhelp.org/forums/STDs---STIs/show/98
