Somene Please Help !

I dont know what i was thinking.. I picked up a prositute. She gave me a blow job (without a condom on ) and thats it.The blowjob lasted for about 3-4 minutes. She had like rashes, scars on her legs  and like cuts below her lips ( i realized all this after). Im really scared that im getting a disease or HIV now! All that happened was a blowjob and nothing else. I went to the emergency around 2 am to get a blood test. the doctor told me to go to a clinic and he also told me the chances of HIV are 1-1000. Im still very scared dont know what to do, Someone please help me !

As you have been advised already, you were never at the risk of HIV. Oral sex is a zero risk activity, no matter what scenarios and probabilities come in your mind
