I was possibly exposed about 6 hours ago. I was using a condom but after we had sex I noticed the towel was rather bloody. She told me it was because she has not had sex in 8 years, but that did not sound neither right nor believable to me. We showered together and afterward I noticed in her panties that she had a bloody pad, but she told me her period always comes on the 24th and that she was not having her period. English is not her native language, but still then almost immediately AFTER we have sex she tells me that she has to go to the hospital tomorrow, and tells me she is allergic to plastic. I asked her what she is talking about and she tells me that many years ago she had sex with her ex then had some sort of problem or infection and the doctors told her it was because she was allergic to the condom. It was odd how she waits until we finish having sex to mention this allergy to me, and she claimed she is clean, but I am not believing some of the other things she told me. I just met this woman off a dating app, and she is from another country. Is this be considered a risky exposure? Is it worth it to go to a local walk in clinic tomorrow? I am not sure they will consider this risky enough to give me meds, not that I want to take any pills for 3-4 weeks, or if they even do post exposure protocol PEP treatment for non occupational exposures. What do you think?
