always worried!!

first of all thank you so much for all the help, and sorry to annoy you, but as usual my thoughts go wrong and start to be anxious, i have few questions

1- is lab test ab/ag p24 conclusive after 45 days, no need to make any other tests?
2- I was in a social event and someone offered me a cigarette, I noticed after that he licks his finger to catch the cigarette from the pack, I believe there was no blood on it, but anyhow can something transmits in that situation, or no as air inactivates the virus?
3- I was in the gym, and my leg got hurt, few drops of blood came out, I went immediately and even used my t-shirt after flipping it to make sure I don't touch anything since I didn't have alcohol, and kept blowing air on it, I am afraid my leg wound touched any object, is there any concern here or no concern as air inactivates the virus?

thank you again

We are here to provide information on HIV risks, prevention, and testing. We ARE NOT here to provide support for anxiety. You have been advised about what the risks for HIV are. We're not going to repeat them to reassure you every time you experience anxiety.  See a therapist to help with your irrational HIV phobia.
