EXPOSURE CHANCES ON HIV AIDS

Hi experts.. Hope you are well. I need some guidance and assurances.

September 2022 - I had some kind of sex where the following incurred:

1. I was being fully naked and the lady was full on me body to body massage.. She was kissing me and i was sucking her nipples and fully erected.
2. She applied lotions on my penis that was rubbing her Vagina outside and to me knowledge it was not inside her Vagina. I kept checking it and eventually i spermed and all my sperms were outside not inside.
3. She assured me that it was not inside her vagina had it been my sperms would be inside.
4. All in all it was sex oral kind and no deep insertion just fortagge kind.

After 6 months of this event i have been having following symptoms:

1. High heat on my back and stomach area. No Fevers.
2. Just hot chills that go from my back to my legs and feet. and also my Testis feel hot.
3. Please advise if these heat is sign of HIV Aids ? I may not be having any risk but time again something tells my blooody brain that i have been afected with AIDS And i cant sleep whole night. My feet are always hot.
4. Another symptoms i have is dandruff and eye brow scratching...

All this is making me mad.

Again i am sure the penis did not go inside the Vagina but only rubbing outside.

Thanks in advance for your guidance.

The only risks for HIV in adults are:
1) Having unprotected anal or vaginal sex, or
2) sharing intravenous needles with IV drug users.

As you can see, you did not do any of the activities on the list of risks.

If you do not engage in any of the activities I mentioned above with someone HIV+ or whose HIV status is unknown to you, you will NEVER have to worry about getting HIV. There is no information you could add about this event that would make it a risk for HIV.

See your doctor if you are concerned about your non-HIV related medical symptoms.
