Possible hiv exposure

12 days ago I had sex with a friend of mine.  She gave me oral sex for about 30-35 minutes, then I put on a condom and had vaginal sex for only 3-4 minutes and stopped because I felt uncomfortable.  This happened on August 10, 2022 at 01:30 pm Concern: The night before August 9 approx.  11:30 p.m.  I was trimming my pubic hair and cut myself slightly with the machine. A lot of blood appeared for 4-5 minutes.  It was at the base of my penis where the scrotum joins.  This little abrasion could have been exposed to vaginal fluids, I don't know.  On August 16, 2022 I traveled to my hometown and on August 19 I started to develop some cold or flu symptoms (muscle pain, mild headache, neck pain, sore throat and tiredness).  On August 20, 21, 22 and 23 my voice was very hoarse and I had a lot of expectoration, finally I ended up with upper respiratory tract infections and red eyes.  Do you think there is a possibility of exposure to HIV?
