I have had a man ejaculate onto the "crack of my rear end". I'm not sure if when I stood up, the semen would have seeped down to my anus. I immediately washed it out thoroughly with soap after this occurred.

Thank you my good man. I got another opinion from a mate who said it was only a threat if there were sores on my anus. But I'm almost certain there weren't, otherwise I'd worry about blood.
Not a risk. HIV is unable to reproduce outside its living host (unlike many bacteria or fungi, which may do so under suitable conditions), except under laboratory conditions; therefore, it does not spread or maintain infectiousness outside its host.
